Mr. Hatcher is currently the Michael Lee-Chin & Family Industry Professor of Strategic Valuation at McMaster’s DeGroote School of Business. He is teaching courses in Security Analysis and mentoring investors within DeGroote’s investment clubs.

Mr. Hatcher has extensive experience managing concentrated portfolios in Global, European, US and Canadian equities including being the lead manager of the Trimark Fund (rebranded Invesco Global Companies Fund), Trimark Europlus Fund, Trimark Global Dividend Fund, Trimark Global Select Fund and Invesco Global Diversified Income Fund. He was Head of Global Equity at Invesco Canada and the former Co-CIO and Director of Research at Trimark Investments. His investment philosophy is rooted in identifying and understanding high quality global businesses and a strong valuation discipline.

Mr. Hatcher graduated with an M.Sc. in Econometrics from the London School of Economics, Master of Mathematical Finance from the University of Toronto, B.A.(Hons) Economics from Carleton and B.A. Statistics from Carleton. He is a CFA Charterholder
